General Terms and Conditions

1. Once you have completed your purchase, I will prepare and ship your artwork with care. I will provide the services in a timely fashion but any time frame set out is only an estimate.

2. For shipping and returns information please see Shipping and Returns page for full details of when returns are accepted. 

3. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes their country may require. These are NOT able to be calculated and added to the shipping costs on this website. We do not have the facilities for estimating and charging these in advance.

4. The artist, Rachel Parker Soden retains the copyright of all artwork, logos, images of artwork, sold or otherwise, produced by her, for 70 years beyond her life.  

5. The artist retains the right, in perpetuity, to use digitally recorded images of any purchased artwork for whatever purpose she chooses, including, but not restricted to, the purposes of promotion and creating reproductions based on such images for financial gain. 

6. Whilst every effort shall be made to ensure that the digital images shown on the website are an accurate representation of the original paintings, there may be minor colour differences due to the lighting conditions at the time of photographing and also due to the settings on the screen that the photo is being displayed on. 

7. Minor blemishes are considered intrinsic properties of the work of art and do not constitute a significant discrepancy.

8. I have a mailing list where I share exclusive content with my subscribers as well as updates on my work, exhibition invites and studio insights, which you may sign up by using the form at the bottom of each page, or selecting the newsletter check box at checkout.

9. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by either clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link provided in each newsletter, or by emailing me directly with UNSUBSCRIBE written in the email subject line.

10. Customer and user information will only be used for purposes relating to the administration of my website and business. I may, at times draw attention to other 3rd party products or services if they are deemed to be relevant to the above. Please see Privacy Policy for full details.

11. I will never use customer information for the purposes of generating spam.

12. I am not responsible for the content of any external site that may be linked to on these pages.

13. I reserve the right to modify the contents of this website, including user comments and terms and conditions, in any way I feel is appropriate.
